A current vaccination certificate to cover Feline Enteritis & Cat Influenza must be produced for each cat. Immunisation for Feline Leukaemia is advised
All cats should be free of fleas & other parasites & have been treated recently
No cat(s) suspected or suffering from any contagious disease or infection can be accepted. The owner(s) reserve the right to refuse admission to a cat(s) that shows any signs of ill health, without first taking the appropriate advice from a veterinary Surgeon
Male cats over the age of 9 months which have not been neutered will not be accepted for boarding
All boarding fees & other charges must be paid in full on collection
Charges include day of arrival but not day of collection (if collection is in the morning). See rates for minimum charge
Cancellations made within 48 hours of due arrival will incur a charge equal to 50% of the original boarding fee
Non returnable deposits may be payable for peak periods
Except by prior arrangement refunds for early collection will not be given
In the event of suspected illness we reserve the right to consult your veterinary Surgeon (if known) or our own & any treatment considered advisable will be undertaken. The cost of any vet bills will be added to the boarding fees. Any pre-existing condition will not be covered by the cattery insurance
Veterinary treatments should be discussed prior to arrival. All medication must be clearly labelled & administration instructions given in writing
Should any cat(s) not be collected within 14 days of the due date for departure & in the absence of any communication, Battle Oaks Cattery owners may assume responsibility for the cat(s) future
Whilst every care & precaution is given to the cats, they are boarded entirely at the owners risk
